About Capital Trust Authority

Capital Trust Authority is an independent agency that is a conduit issuer of tax-exempt municipal financing for worthwhile projects that provide a public benefit as defined by federal and state law and the Internal Revenue Service.

Capital Trust Authority (CTA) was created in 2022 through an interlocal agreement between the Florida cities of Gulf Breeze and Quincy pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 163.01, Chapter 125, Chapter 166, and Chapter 159, as amended, together with all home rule powers granted by the Constitution and laws of the State of Florida.

CTA is committed to providing responsive service and efficient and innovative access to tax-exempt financing for qualified purposes.
